Tummy Tightness
I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

It could be Braxton Hicks contractions or false labour. These are normal and very common. They typically last for around 30 to 60 seconds but can be as long as 2 minutes.
