Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I'm 6 months pregnant , I also experienced things like that. yung tiyan ko kapag nakahiga dun ko lang nahahawakan si baby dahil may part na matigas pero pag naka upo or tayo parang bilbil ko lang . hirap din ako matulog
