I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

Pero lately suma sakit yong legs ko pero hina yaan ko lng. Kaya sabi ni doc IE niya daw ako kaya doon na nakita na open na yong cervix ko. Pero now okay na sya.
