Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

23 weeks pregnant din po last week araw2 na naninigas tiyan ko, minu minuto. halos 30 sec to 2 mins ang tagal. buong tiyan ko na masakit now pag naninigas sha. sabi ng ob ko hndi daw dpat naninigas dhl d Pa ako manganganak" niresitahan po ako pampakapit. sobrang natatakot ako. 😭😭😭😭 kinakausap nmen c baby n kapit Lang my 4 months Pa kmi..

hello po, 23 weeks na din po ako, naninigas din po kasi tiyan ko almost everyday po, may pagsakit din po ng balakang. any other sign po na open ung cervix? thank you po
