Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

parehas tayo ganyan din ako now tas may nafefeel pako pag tigas ng tyan 🥺
