Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

same here.. 23weeks preggy., same din po ng nararamdaman nio.. napansin ko Lang po pagbusog aq after meal dun po tumitigas tiyan ko.. Kaya hndi npo aq masyado ngppkbusog. mayat maya nlang po aq kumakain ng mga light foods.. ☺️ and also feeling the tummy tightness when im getting tired of doin house chores., Kaya nagpapahinga naq pag naramdaman ko ng ganun.. I'm also having backpain sometimes, having hard time to sleep lalo na at night. hindi aq mapakali paikot ikot aq sa higaan ko, super active din kc c baby inside, minsan tuloy nag.aalala aq Kung okay Lang ba xa inside..

often times, 12 am to 1 am nako nakakatulog sa sobrang likot ni baby at saka di din kc ako makahinga ng maayos kapag nakahiga kaya ganon. pati tuloy si daddy niya, napupuyat din.😅
