Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

Thats normal. Its called BRAXTON HICKS CONTRACTION. Way yan ng body natin para iprepare tayo sa tunay na labor. Some women feel that earlier in the 2nd trimester, but some never experience that. In my case pag nagkakabraxton hicks ako, umiinom lang ako ng maraming tubig. Or pag nakahiga ako, tumatayo ako, pag nakatayo naman ako, humihiga ako. Minsan ang nagtitrigger kasi nyan is Full bladder, tiredness, and orgasm.
