Amniotic fluid is 7.3 at 19 weeks

I am 19 weeks pregnant, my amniotic fluid is 7.3 now. Is it normal or not? Suggest to increase

Not normal .AF7.3 is to low for 19weeks pregnant .i’ve had story my first baby died cos my amiotic Fluid goes down when I was 5 months.i can’t even sleep at night cos Ive always drink a lot of water after I pee.
