How to know that baby is ok?

Hello. I am 15 weeks pregnant with low-lying anterior placenta. I cannot feel movements yet since baby is too young plus the status of my placenta. For mommies with similar case, how do you know that the baby is ok? Do you have other pregnancy signs that you monitor? Thanks!
