What should i do..?

I am 13 wks pregnant now.. and i am totally so stress..! I am having d thoughts of ending my life so everyone could be happy without me..! Idk what to do now..

Hey there, please don't think that way, it's not true that everyone would be happy without you. Your baby is happily growing inside you now, because of you. You are important, you are special, you are actually somebody great. In fact, you are the whole world to your baby. Stress will come and go. We all experience stress. I understand that you may not be used to sharing your problems with anyone, and that you feel all alone at times. Till the day you're comfortable with doing that, you can consider these to distract yourself! - Think happy thoughts - go for a walk in the park - do the things that make you happy - watch comedies - scroll mindlessly through memes pages on Instagram - play games on your phone - indulge in the snacks you love Take good care of yourself. Everything will be fine. :) Have faith that it will.

Hi dear, please really try to say out sometimes. It is true that others may or totally don't understand, sometimes it's jus the sake of relieving out from your mind and definitely it will benefit for both you and baby. Taking First step is always thr hardest, believe in yourself, have faith in yourself and yes, u will feel very much better and will feel happier and bless as time goes by. Oh no... Sending hugs! Yes do find a mother's support group, it helps tremendously. And whatever worries u have do voice out in this platform. U are not alone!! U are precious to a lot of people n to ur baby ❤️
