Poking pain

I am currently 13 wks 6 days of pregnancy and i am experiencing some kind like a poking pain and cramps on my left tummy; itz intolerable.. idk what should i do.. i massage gently also its still in pain.. is it normal..?

Should check with your gynae. I experienced it too but was told that sometimes it’s bcos the baby is growing it stretches your uterus.

Think its ligament stretch.. it will come n go ok.
