Dizziness

I am 12 weeks and 3 days preggo. I thought I have already surpassed my first trimester symptoms yet here am I, experiencing dizziness for the first time... what's worse is it's happening right now. It's keeping me from sleeping. I have experienced headaches before, I know the difference. Enlighten me please.. Thanks.
