How do your slim down after delivery? Postpartum 40days alrd and my tum still looks like 5mths preg.

Honestly if u really wan flat tummy than got to exercise, do sit up and planks, itโs help to flatten tummy. Try do 10 than 20 than 30 slowly increase everyday. U will see if flatten real fast. Eat less and walk more will not help much.
