How soon after a c-sec can you start training again? Is it normal for the tummy to hang over the scar? Any good tips on how to get the tummy back to being flat?

Refrain from doing strenuous exercise or heavy lifting in the first 6-8 weeks after the operation as the body needs time to heal. However, as soon as you feel up to it, you can practise pelvic floor exercises. This can help ease the strain caused during pregnancy. Every time you lift your baby, tighten your pelvic floor muscles and lower tummy muscles at the same time. Once you feel comfortable with pelvic floor exercises, you can begin to work on your lower tummy muscles, which will help to strengthen your back. Kegels and walking are good and safe ways to lose weight after a c-section as well. http://www.ladycarehealth.com/safe-exercises-after-a-c-section/1347218754000/
