how many month baby can eat baby yogurt ? do you guys serve while it is cold ? can 6 months baby eat one cup of yogurt per day or just eat a bit ? thanks !

Hi I know of babies who ate yoghurt since 6 months old. But personally I waited till my gal is 9mo then I give her. I don't give to to her cold because I think it is not good for their body, so I will leave it at room temp for a while and I usually give two tablespoons only. I gave Greek yoghurt. I know there are baby yoghurt but those are usually flavored like vanilla flavor and I don't want to add more sugar to her diet. Go for the plain yoghurt if you can. I think eating one cup per day is a lot! If you are talking about the normal size cup. If baby size maybe ok but I won't give everyday. They may get phlegm from so much dairy stuffs . Give in moderation

6 months above. There is a yogurt for 6 months old till 2 years old. I let my LO eat once a week. Leave in room temp for awhile before feeding.

I give Farmers union plain Greek yogurt to bb when he turns 6 months old . I dun feed the whole cup .. max 1/2 a cup n I feed it cold
