Bibs & washcloth for newborn

Question

How many bibs & washcloths do we need for newborn ? Is there any difference with the triangle bibs to wear around the neck and normal square washcloth? I already bought a few of each but not sure how many we need. #FTM #pleasehelp #firstbaby

at least 7 pcs for me... can wash & alternate in the week

I only started using bibs when she starts teething (around 3mo) due to salivating. Square cloths I use for shower, feeding and wiping of face and mouth. Don’t have to stock up too much, I personally bought a lot (especially bibs) and ended up not using them. Only the square cloth which I still use it when she drinks her milk. She doesn’t like bibs anymore (will pull off). 😊
