How to make formula.. I found it took so long time to cool down the temperature:( I use 70 degree hot water to make formula and put under cold water wait until cool down.

If I didn't remember wrongly, the correct way to make formula is water first then powder - so you could just have warm water in the bottle and pour bottle in and swirl :) Don't shake the bottle (up and down) but just swirl it in a circular motion! I don't know about the temperature but you could probably check the back of the tin for proper instructions!

Because the formula brand I’m using now is powder first then water. :P Can’t use warm water cuz article said has to use hot water to kill the bacteria from powder ..
