hi, if you're planning to lose 10 kgs very fast, i would say i can't help. but i have lost about 30 kgs in 2 years now, that too without any gym. you can try these tips out, but please make sure your body is absolutely healed from the birth and your doctor gives you the go-ahead. here's what i did. 1. cut down on my rice and roti intake as well as all carbs intake. 2. cut down on fat intake 3. include a good amount of walking, jogging or running each day. if not possible, go for other options such as swimming, stepper or anything that you can maintain on a regular basis. once you are absolutely fit, you can also go for extensive dance-based exercises. 4. drink a lot of water and fluids 5. have the last meal of the day around sunset. i try to finish the last meal of the day by 7. 6. no sweets or sugar, or cut them down to the bare minimum possible. try using honey or jaggery instead of sugar.
