9mo: How long to offer solid after milk

Hi, how long do you wait to offer a solid meal after milk? 45min, 1h, 1.4h or longer? My 9mo doesn't eat much (about 3tbsp of solids then he turns away). Tried extending the time interval between milk and solids also same. Curious about how others spread out their solid meals. Tia!

Usually i give milk first and after 30mins - 45 mins i gave my 10 months solid. Try both methods - BLW or spoon feed. And its okay if they don’take much as long as they finished their milk. U can give cooling food like yoghurt ( if no allergy with cow’s milk) or fruits too.
