1. DRINK A LOT OF WATER 2. Take malunggay capsules 3. Observe what you eat. Then, kung ano yung kinakain mo na sa tingin mo mas malakas gatas mo. Then go eat it everyday!! For me, papaya(fruit and veggie), monggo, miswa 4. Massage (for better flow ng milk and to prevent yung mga lumps) 5. Take enough rest. Alam kong joke pakinggan kasi wala naman tayong pahinga as mommies. But if you think pagod na katawan mo. Listen to your body. Tambak mo muna labahan mo or tambak mo mga plato. Just effin rest hehe 6. Try buying lactation treats. Lactation Oatmeal, lactation cookies, lactation drink. If continuous napansin ko mas fuller yung supply ko and mas creamy. Inom ka po ng mga sabaw na ulam. Malunggay. Tinola dagdag ng malunggay. Mga ganon. Tsaka pa latch nyo po si baby madalas kasi supply and demand concept ang breastfeeding. So the more na latch si baby , mas dadami yung milk mo rin.
Number one daw ang malunggay para sa pagpaparami ng breast milk. Also masasabaw na food. May pills din na nabibili para magparami ng breast milk. If planning magpills, be sure to ask your OB what pills to take 😊
Mommy I use blessed thistle and fenugreek capsule. It helped me increase my milk supply. ng try din ako mega malunggay at natalac pero hindi cguro ako hiyang dun.
