How do i make my 2 years old toddler drink supplement syrups? Help. She keeps spitting them out.

Sometimes it takes 2 persons to feed medicine to a toddler that is resisting it. One to pin her down, 1 to do the feeding. For feeding you can choose diff tools like syringe.
