6mth old...combo sick

How can I low the high fever temp 38.. while baby having running nose n cough...do sponging afraid will affect his flu..go Doc prescribed zytec n iladin. Any other thing's I can do?

To lower the temp u have to sponge no choice.. for the flu n cough just keep spraying sterimar n use the nasal aspirator..
