How can i encourage my LO to take fruits? She hasnt had any fruits till now as whenever i feed her or let her try, she just wont take it and throw it away. Currently she's 13months. I tried apple juice and still she spits out.

Try to start with something milder for meal times. Such as bananas as a first food introduction. Also, keep trying and dont give up.
