Hi po. Im not an expert but I got pregnant immediately after i-kasal (as in honeymoon baby po, after namin i-kasal di na ulit ako nag-mens). I will just share my experience. 1) Months po before kami i-kasal I really tried to lose weight, di naman po ako overweight pero I wanted to look good in wedding pictures of course. Healthy diet and regular exercise, nag gym po ako 3x/week nun. I think malaki naitulong ng healthy lifestyle. 2) I took acetylcysteine from Healthy Options kasi very powerful antioxidant daw yun. 1 capsule once a day before matulog. Plus multivitamins and folic acid. 3) Na-timing din po na fertile ako during our wedding night. So I suggest po na mag calendar counting din kayo on when you are the most fertile. 4) Hindi po ako bumangon agad after namin mag contact ni husband ko. I waited po mga 30 mins before nag-CR para mag wiwi. 5) Advice ng friend ko na OB wag daw gabi gabi ang contact. Dapat every other night para daw maka-produce ng enough na sperm si husband.
