Never tried Bifibab so can’t compare and give reviews. Personally using Biogaia and if I feed baby daily, she will usually poopoo every 1-2 days. When I stop a few days, she will stop pooping as well 😅 I drop into milk and feed during first feed (the feed which I’m 100% sure that she will finish.)
