How fast does baby grow his hair if we shave him botak after first month? Any mummies also shaved baby’s eyebrows? Does it grow thicker?

I shave my girl hair and eye brown on the 4th month 2 month later she got thicker hair and brows. Her hair after 2 month is spiky
