How early can you catch on that you're pregnant? What are are signs and symptoms to look out for? Whats the earliest sign to notice?

I'm in my two week wait period...I'm trying to keep busy to take my mind off of it ...but of course its easier said than done. I'm going to start testing early..fingers crossed! Is anyone having any tww symptoms?
