I missed my period this month and I've been having back and waist pain,constant headache,bloated stomach,abdominal pain. I did test twice this month and it came negative... What could be the problem?

mine i test clearblue digital negative but other test kit with the line , positive. i wonder tooo .. why clearblue negative.
