Morning sickness

How does morning sickness feel at first? I don’t know if I’m feeling it or imagining it. At week5.5 now. Recently, everytime I feel hungry or just finish a meal or walk past a place with a lot of smell like food court I feel nausea. The feeling of nausea just kind of last a long time. Is that how you guys who experience morning sickness is feeling?
