How to decongest nose of a 4mth plus baby? I’ve tried nose drop and spray, didn’t work. (I don’t have a humidifier). How to encourage her to drink more milk? She’s only drinking 90ml now and she can stretch 3 hrs before her next feed. TIA!! All suggestions are much appreciated
