How bad is bullying in international schools in Manila?

I'm not from any International school. But I'm pretty sure that the teachers and principals of all schools, International ones included are against bullying especially that there's now an anti-bullying law: http://www.gov.ph/2013/09/12/republic-act-no-10627/
