Mommy with GDM here. my dietician told me pack fruit juice contains alot of sugar. like you, I love the apple juice in the huge bottle, had it almost daily during my 1st trimester, end up having GDM on my 2nd trimester. be careful. best to avoid it. take direct fruits will be so much better. Now I take Nutrisoy less sugar, low GI for calcium. Have totally cut off all sugary drinks. I understand that we have different tastebuds during pregnancy and we would like to have something sweet to sooth our palette. take care mommy.

have it in moderation .. i won't really depend on it cause sugar content is high .. try making your own fresh juice .. atleast you know there isn't any sugar or anything else added . eat everything in moderation . i eat whatever i want really and had ice cream every other day and OGTT came our normal .. :)

generally, fruit juices are high in sugar. won't reccomend drinking too much.

I would go for real fruits because drinks r really high in sugar!
