Honestly ginaya ko lang po yung time of test sa isang post sana ayos lang. Dipa po kasi ulit kami nagkakausap ni Dra. Nagtetest po ako before bfast, 1hr after bfast, 1hr after lunch, 1hr after dinner. Kamusta po ang result ko? Yung 167 napakain po ako hotdog sandwich 🥺 white bread. Super diet ko po almost dina ako nagkakanin, alternative ko po is gardenia whole wheat bread. Grabe gutom.. mg/dL result po. Sana may makapansin. Salamat po. Panget sulat ko 😅


hello, may gdm din ho aq pero nirecommend Po me ng ob ko sa nutritionist Muna. 350 lng Po pa consult. bale inadvise aq na for 1 month Low sugar diet Muna then gtt ulet after a month. sa biyaya ng Diyos pumasa na ho aq pero in moderation pa rin Ang kain kse sa next month Bago mangank e may gtt ulet. share ko Po ung diet plan na binigay, we need carbs din Po tlga dw since si baby ay nakadependent sa atin e. 6am 1 cup or tasa of rice + 1 egg 9am snacks ex. 2 slices of tasty pwedeng may palaman like peanut butter, cheese, etc. 12noon 1 tasa ng rice + ulam (1 cup veggies and meat) + 1 slice of fruit (example 1 slice manga or 1 medium saging or half of apple) 3pm snacks example 1 skyflakes biscuit 6pm dinner 1 tasa rice + ulam w/ veggies + fruits and of course 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. qng di Po kya ng 6am e pwede nmn pong iadjust ung time Basta konte pero every after 3 hours. nka calcium meds na ho aq kya inalis milk. lahat Po ng kinakain at iniinom ko daily e nkalista.
