Honestly ginaya ko lang po yung time of test sa isang post sana ayos lang. Dipa po kasi ulit kami nagkakausap ni Dra. Nagtetest po ako before bfast, 1hr after bfast, 1hr after lunch, 1hr after dinner. Kamusta po ang result ko? Yung 167 napakain po ako hotdog sandwich 🥺 white bread. Super diet ko po almost dina ako nagkakanin, alternative ko po is gardenia whole wheat bread. Grabe gutom.. mg/dL result po. Sana may makapansin. Salamat po. Panget sulat ko 😅

sakin momsh half cup brown rice po instead of white sa lunch and dinner. oatmeal for breakfast or whole wheat bread with peanut butter. snack ko po wheat biscuits and yoghurt. more more water din po. by God’s grace normal na po sugar ko.
