as long as walang masamang naidudulot sa pagbubuntis it is safe to eat unless junk food kinakain mo yun ang bawal, mga street food na iniihaw bawal din yun. bawal sobrang tamis, bawal sobrang alat. if you’re not sure if safe kinakain mo better stick nalang sa healthy fruits and veggies. pwede ka kumain ng matamis pero dapat hindi araw arawin, alalay lang.
Who doesn't love kakanins during pregnant? But we have to eat in moderation because it is still a rice byproduct. And as we all know rice is high in carbs & sugar. Plus these kakanins are usually loaded with additional sugar for our sweet tooth. So it is so sinfully delicious! Sticky rice is also a bit more difficult to digest so eat with caution. 😁
