Ako miii madami naman water intake ko. Pero umaabot talaga ng 4 days na hirap maka poop. Inadvice po ako na bumili ng lactulose ng OB.
Drink more water, eat high fiber veggies and fruits. What helped me in my constipation were cooked sayote and papaya.

inom ka po senokot. ad bed time. tas maganda kumain ka po pomelo or orange

Drink/eat more fiber. Drink prune juice
