Rest and more water mommy! Pwede din pinakuluang ginger, every night to soothe yung throat mo. 1 week lang sakin nawala ubo at sipon with phlegm pa :)

ang ginagawa ko before talagang bed rest lang ako and nag take ako paracetamol tapos umiinom ako calamansi juice

uminom ka mi kalamansi juice with lemon .. try mo mi . super effective ..
