Mommy, try to count kicks sa time na pinaka active siya. Pag naka 10 movements in 1 hr, baby is usually okay. πŸ™‚ Pag di ka pa rin panatag, it’s better na pacheck up ka na. Mas mabuti yun.

Nakaka worry talaga yung ganyan. Ako pag di ko siya gaano nararamdaman at worried na ako, kumakain ako ng sweets, maya maya gagalaw na siya hehe.
