Storing a breastmilk

Hiii nag babalak po kaya ako mag store ng breastmilk ni lo, ilang days, weeks or month po kaya ang shelf life pag nasa freezer? Thank youuu. And safe po ba mag store sa feeding bottle mismo? TIA💖
