How to know contraction is coming?

Hihi,how do I know contraction is coming? I am approaching week 36 and also do u give birth earlier than week 40?

I delivered 3 kids all bfr 40wks.. u will know cos contractions hurt like mad.. it will start like menses cramp den gets stronger n stronger
