Rainbow Baby?

Hi, Just last Feb 20 I had miscarriage, Dr. Said my baby stopped at 7 weeks. Feb 25, I had D&C. Bleeding till march 1st. When I stopped bleeding, we were TTC again, had unprotected starting March 6 then on and off. I did'nt have a regular mens until now. Last April 9, I noticed pink stain when I pee and wipe, it lasted for a day. I thought I will have menstruation, but then it stopped. I tried PT on April 7 and April 10. Will attach pics . Could I be pregnant? I am nauseated mostly and fatigue but no other symptoms. Am i cooking a rainbow baby? Please tell me if I have lines. Thanks.
