First Trimester Scans

Hi mummies, just entered my 7th week pregnancy! Doctor was asking if I want to do a Nuchal Translucency (NT) test and will discuss more next session. But I was doing my own research, and I got really confused with all the types of scans. I read on Oscar and Harmony etc. Can someone explain the difference? Or what's the necessary scans needed during first trimester? Thank you!! :)

NT is ultrasound scan. It is to scan if baby has down syndrome by measuring the size of clear tissue/ fluid at the back of baby's neck. But accuracy of NT scan is 70+%. Results: An NT of less than 3.5mm is considered normal when your baby measures between 45mm (1.8in) and 84mm (3.3in).  So, need to couple other blood test with the NT test to have higher accuracy. Oscar has lower accuracy % compared to Harmony, paranoma, igene blood test. Oscar may have false positive as well.

If finance is not an issue, go for NT and harmony/igene/paranoma test
