Hi mummies, it seems i got post natal depression. I feel angry all the time .. I feel like running away from doing same work whole day feeding, changing diapers.. What to do how to come out from this depression??? Very frustrating!

If you have someone to help support you, do let them know your concerns. However, I suggest getting medical help as depression is a serious issue.
