Hi Mummies, my baby is coming to 3 weeks old and her baby acne seem to be getting worse. She has got a lot of whiteheads with red patches all over. Her face will become very red when she cries. PD says it will go away with time. Is there anything I can do about it to hasten recovery process?

Our baby had infant acne as well on her cheeks. We applied extra virgin coconut oil after her shower and now it's mostly gone. She's about 11 weeks now. You can see her pic from last night.
