hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

Yan po vits ko nung 1st trimester. Sa 2nd tri ko po nadagdagan/pinalitan ng Polymax (Iron + Folic) at Natal plus (Vits & Minerals), Calcium ko yan parin.
