when to be prescribed...

hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

Just last week when i turned 14weeks, aside from Folic, may IRON CALCIUM VITAMIN C na nirereseta ang OB until manganak nadaw yun Pero since i knew i was pregnant by 4weeks, nagte take nako ng USANA PRENATAL, mas mataas ang folic content nia, & complete multivitamins na sia! I loved it kasi never akong na constipate & also i eat grewn leafy veggies for direct source of calcium & fiber nadin yun😊
