hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

Yung iron 1st tri..then yung vit d and calcium..2nd to 3rd trimester
