hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

Folic acid saken til 4mos.. tapos pampakapit for 1wk, tapos pinalitan na ng vitamins na mosvit elite. 6mos ako naresetahan ng ferrous at calvit, kasabay ng mosvit elit kea dble 3 gamot ko ngayon.
