when to be prescribed...

hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

me i was given folic and multivitamins on the first 12 weeks and after 12 weeks hemarate na or iron plus multivitamins. my MV has calcium and dha on it 😉
