Hi mga Mamsh, ano po iniinom nyo prenatal vitamins and specific before and during pregnancy nyo po? ?

when i was pregnant my OB prescribe folic acid for 3months only and then after hemerate FA and calcium. pro pra sure po ask your OB whats good for you and baby kasi sila lng tagala yung nkakaalam.

folic acid ang madalas prescribe ng OB. but dont self medicate. always ask OB before taking anything. hindi lahat ng gamot pwede sa buntis

Fortifer FA lang po tinetake ko. Folic,iron and bcomplex napo sya. Maganda sya to avoid pamumulikat every night po.
